Job Summary

Support the pharmacy and nursing teams in the timely and accurate delivery and movement of medications between the pharmacy, IMGP, and respective wards, while assisting with pharmacy-related data entry and administrative requirements.

Job Details

1.    Picking medication from the Pharmacy to the wards according the requisitions made by the nurses.
2.    Returning all unused medication from the ward to the Pharmacy 
3.    Support with taking patients to radiology and for other investigations as well as picking results.
4.    Making deliveries for stores items from the stores to the specific wards and the Pharmacy
5.    Assisting in receiving and delivery of Pharmacy weekly consignments from IMGP to the respective wards.
6.    Attending Pharmacy departmental meeting and participating in the pharmacy department activities.
7.    Dusting the shelves and arranging the drug shelves.
8.    Cleaning the refrigerator on a weekly basis as well as documenting 
 

Requirements

  • Minimum of UACE qualification.
  • Physically fit and able to safely lift and carry heavy equipment and medication supplies.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring frequent movement.
